Juice Cleanse Recipes

Other the years i have looked for many different ways to loose weight, so many different diets and nothing seemed to work. Until a friend of mine suggested i should try juice fasting. I was kind of skeptical at first because it was a big enough struggle dieting let alone fasting.

But i soon found out that it is a lot easier than i thought, even though i'm not eating the drink still seems to satisfy my body. It gives my body all the daily nutrients and minerals it needs and i don't feel that hungry. Not only that i lost 4 pounds in the first week.

I started off by fasting for a one whole day a week for the first few weeks and slowly added an extra day or two, just to speed the weight loos up a bit. By week 10 i had lost almost three stone i had gone from being 16 stone to thirteen stone, its amazing.
